You may order by phone at:1-866-679-4499 SHIPMENTS: The RETRAX ™ retractable pickup bed cover is shipped in two boxes by RETURN POLICY: All merchandise being returned to Applied Products, Inc. for warranty repair must be pre-approved by Applied Products, Inc.. All returns must include the Returned Merchandise Form or there may be a delay in processing your return. Applied Products, Inc. warranties the RETRAX ™ pickup bed cover for a period of one year as stated in the products warranty card included with the installations/owner pack shipped with each bed cover. Return shipments must be made with a return receipt or a tracking number. Merchandise that is out over 30 days is not returnable. If we have made an error in your shipment we will send a Call Tag and have the package picked up at our expense. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Shipments must be returned with shipping charges prepaid. No returns on custom orders. |
